30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@theraffiaysl.store with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@theraffiaysl.store. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect piece.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Damaged or Defective Items
